Munster 2008 4th of July Parade, 1st Prize! |
|
Over the years, many volunteers donated countless hours of their time to the Munster History Museum, the Woodland Restoration at Heritage Park, Holiday Open House, Annual Dinner, and many other projects, activities, and events. These volunteers came from churches, civic groups, and corporations. They simply felt a strong calling to help in any way they could. Hundreds of local residents and organizations donated money, food, or life skills (and in many cases, all three!) to help the Munster Historical Society accomplish our preservation efforts, museum services, and community educational outreach. How do I volunteer?Signing up to volunteer is easy. To participate, just tell us your interests and contact information by calling 2198366530. Our volunteer coordinator will contact you to discuss your interests, the details of your participation, and the hours you are available. Where can I find more information on the events you sponsor?Go to the Munster Historical Society's Facebook Page to find upcoming activities. Additionally, click on About Us and view our MHS Brochure for more information.
